Hey I'm Kelly

I'm a Women's Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer

I'm a mum of two (4 & 6 year old) and I am a qualified pre and post natal specialist. 

I am passionate about helping mum's prioritise their health and fitness again after having a baby and come back feeling stronger than ever. 

I know how tough it can be getting back into exercise after having a baby, with the lack of sleep, aches and pains and life revolving around your little one, it's hard to even get a look in. But over time I have learned just how important it is to look after your self even more now your a mother.
