At Home Personal Training
Getting to the gym isn’t always practical - or even appealing - for everyone. That’s why I offer personal training sessions in the comfort of your own home.
You don’t need a full gym setup to make real progress. With minimal equipment and the right guidance, you can still achieve an effective, results-driven workout.
Each session lasts one hour and is fully tailored to your goals, the space you have, and any equipment available. If you’ve got enough room to lay down a mat, you’ve got enough space to get started.
And if you don’t have equipment, no problem - I can bring everything needed to you.
Your Coaching Package includes:

4 Home Personal Training Sessions each lasting one hour

A monthly tailored workout plan delivered through my app, designed to complement your 1:1 sessions so you’re supported even outside of our time together

Weekly check-ins to keep you on track, accountable, and progressing

Ongoing messenger support whenever you need guidance or have questions

Access to exclusive client-only resources, including training and nutrition guidance

A Coaching Package of 4 sessions is a £150 investment which also includes all of the above (Please note all 4 PT sessions have to be used within 8 weeks of purchase)

Meet Rebekah. We began training together at her home after she reached out following the birth of her second child. She was dealing with abdominal separation and wanted to rebuild her core, while also developing a solid strength training routine to support her running.
With a full-time job and two children under five, it was essential that her training fit seamlessly into her busy life. Home personal training gave her the flexibility she needed - no travel time, and sessions that worked around both work and family.
