Revival Bootcamp: A 6 week Fitness Revival for Women who are fed up of giving up and ready to start making changes.

That’s exactly where Revival Bootcamp comes in.

This 6-week, beginner-friendly program is built for women who want to:

What to Expect

Each week combines a themed 45-minute bootcamp class with educational resources to help you understand your body, build healthy habits, and stay consistent long after the 6 weeks are over.

All educational content is delivered straight to your inbox each week - with video lessons and downloadable PDF guides to support your learning and progress.

And yes -  this program is safe for postnatal women, as long as you’ve had your 6-week medical clearance to exercise.

You will also have access to a WhatsApp Support Group, where you can ask questions, get support from me and each other along the way and share your wins.

This class is a safe space for you to go as hard as you wish, you can push to your limits with support or do what feels right for you.

Week 4: Blood Sugar Balance

  • Learn: How movement and nutrition affect energy and cravings

  • Workout: Core-focused class to build strength and control

Week 5: Nutrition & Fat Loss

  • Learn: How to fuel your body for fat loss without restriction

  • Workout: Full-body conditioning to boost metabolism and confidence

Week 6: Sleep, Self-Care & Long-Term Success

  • Learn: How to recover well, manage stress, and maintain your results

  • Workout: Full-body HIIT - your final challenge to finish strong
